1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a studio or using our website you agree to these Terms of Service. LensCabin reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Booking Rules
All bookings must be made through the LensCabin catalog or contact form. Studios are reserved only after full payment. Maximum occupancy rules apply to each space and are listed on the listing page. No parties or events exceeding the described capacity are permitted.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. In the rare case that LensCabin must cancel a booking, you will receive a full refund or a credit for future use.
4. Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted gateway. Equipment add-ons are billed separately and must be returned in original condition.
5. Acceptable Use
Users must keep all spaces clean and return equipment to its original position. No open flames, smoking, or hazardous materials are allowed inside any studio. Commercial photography is permitted only with prior written consent from LensCabin.
6. Liability
LensCabin is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury occurring on the premises except where caused by gross negligence. All visitors are<|eos|>
